About the event
The National Museum of African Art is pleased to partner with Alliance Française of Washington, D.C. to offer guided tours in French as part of the month-long 2026 D.C. Francophonie Cultural Festival in March.
The tours will include highlights of the National Museum of African Art’s current exhibitions, with special attention to artists from Francophone Africa, resulting in a diverse group of works and historical time periods.
The 90-minute tours will take place from 1pm-2:30pm throughout the Festival on the following dates:
Sundays, 1pm-2:30pm: March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Thursdays, 1pm-2:30pm: March 5, 12, 26
